The WCA is seeking a qualified Consultant or firm to provide Material Testing and Inspection
Services for the San Gabriel River Center and Gardens Project Phase 1 in the City of La
Puente. The objective of this RFP is to select a Consultant that is best qualified to perform the
work described in Section III.

This addendum is issued to inform all prospective bidders of modifications to the original Request for Proposal (RFP). Modifications included in Addendum 4 are listed below.
Revised Exhibit D:
- 32C Landscape Establishment Period: Contractor to include a 90-day Establishment Period for the maintenance and care of work including fencing for the duration of establishment. For additional information refer to Project Manual Section 32 90 00, Section 1.8 (Warranty).
Revised Exhibit E: Exhibit E has been revised to include Exhibit E.1 as noted below
- Exhibit E.1 – Additive Alternates: Contractors should include a cost for 20 potholes for discovery and risk mitigation for unforeseen conditions. This does not include the scope referenced in Project Manual Section 31 20 00 – 8 (Earthwork), Section 3.8 F.

The Watershed Conservation Authority (WCA) intends to select Outward Bound Adventures to provide services for Fire-resilience and Prevention on WCA’s Azusa Wilderness Park.
Should a proposer claim the WCA failed to follow the procedures specified in either subdivision (b) or (c) of PCC § 10344, protestant must submit the initial protest letter and a detailed, written statement of protest, including the RFP title, and WCA contact information to the following.
