REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
for the San Gabriel River Center and Gardens Project
The Watershed Conservation Authority (WCA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for construction management services for the San Gabriel River Center and Gardens Project (Project) adjacent to the San Gabriel River Park in an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County. The River Center is situated in a two-acre area that includes an existing 1929 Spanish colonial revival style farmhouse that was used by the original owners. The intent is to transform the site into a water-wise educational resource and visitor center for the public. The Project is located between the 605 Freeway and the San Gabriel River.
The objective of this RFP is to select a Consultant that is best qualified to perform the work described in this RFP.
Submittals must be received by Friday, December 1, 2023, by 5:00pm.
Questions must be received no later November 1, 2023.
