Azusa Wilderness Park
The Watershed Conservation Authority (WCA) has selected:
Skanska USA Building Inc.
to conduct Construction Management activities
for the Azusa Wilderness Park Project.
Should a proposer claim the WCA failed to follow the procedures specified in either subdivision
(b) or (c) of PCC § 10344, protestant must submit the initial protest letter and a detailed, written
statement of protest, including the RFP title/number, and WCA contact information, to the following:

The Watershed Conservation Authority (WCA) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for construction management services for the Azusa Wilderness Park (Project). The site plan of the Project is located off Highway 39 near the entrance to Angeles National Forest, along the San Gabriel River in Azusa, California.
The project proposes to develop the entry to the park with a series of features and park amenities including an entry gate, park signage, permeable parking area, restrooms, a pavilion structure, nature playground and river overlook areas
The objective of this RFP is to select a Consultant that is best qualified to perform the work described in this RFP.
Submittals must be received by Friday, December 1, 2023, by 5:00pm.
Questions must be received no later November 1, 2023.
