REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES

The Watershed Conservation Authority (WCA) is seeking qualified individuals, firms, or
entities (Consultant(s)) to provide professional consultant services to fulfill WCA project
portfolio inclusive of acquisitions, planning and implementation. This Request for 
Qualifications (RFQ) is to build a team (one or more) to perform the following services for
the Project:  

- Project Planning and Execution

- Expert Support

- Risk Management

- Communication Management

- Quality Control

- Flexibility and Adaptability

Questions regarding this RFQ are welcome and shall be made in writing to the emails
listed below no later than Thursday, June 19, 2025 at 5:00pm.

Proposals must be submitted by the deadline to the staff listed below:

Submittal Deadline: Friday, June 27, 2025, by 5:00pm
