PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT, MARKETING, AND COMMUNICATION
SERVICES ADDENDUM

The Watershed Conservation Authority (WCA or Authority) invites proposals from qualified
firms, consultants, and consulting teams to provide comprehensive public engagement,
marketing, strategic communications, and outreach services.

In the opinion of the WCA, this RFP is complete and without need of explanation. However, 
any and all technical questions should be directed to Chen Yang, Accountant, at    
[email protected], no later than Friday, October 30, 2026 at 5:00PM.
