APPRAISAL SERVICES OF WRIGLEY HEIGHTS
3916-4201 AMEBCO ROAD, CITY OF LONG BEACH

The Watershed Conservation Authority (WCA) is seeking a qualified State of California
Certified General Real Estate Appraiser to prepare an as-is, fee simple appraisal of
approximately 4.42 acres of undeveloped open space land known as Wrigley Heights, 
located at 3916-4201 Amebco Road in the City of Long Beach. The appraisal will be
prepared in compliance with USPAP, UASFLA (Yellow Book), and California 
Department of General Services appraisal specifications for potential acquisition  
purposes.

In the opinion of the WCA, this RFP is complete and without need of explanation. However, any
