REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) – Bid No. 2024-02
SIGN FABRICATION AND INSTALLATION SERVICES

The RMC have selected Square Signs LLC dba Front Signs of Burbank, CA to provide
interpretive panels and wayfinding signage fabrication and installation services for the San
Gabriel River Center and Gardens located at 12936 Valley Boulevard in the City of La Puente. 

Should a proposer claim the WCA failed to follow the procedures specified in either subdivision
(b) or (c) of PCC § 10344, protestant must submit the initial protest letter and a detailed, written
statement of protest, including the RFP title/number, and WCA contact information, to both of 
the following:
