Individuals representing themselves will be allowed two (2) minutes and those representing an organization will be allowed three (3) minutes to speak on an item. Speaker time may be reduced depending on the number of speakers.

(A) Significant Exposure to litigation pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9(d)(2) and (e)(3) One Case: Government Tort Claim submitted by Billy Sutt. The claim is on file with the WCA clerk and available upon request.
