10.		Consideration of a resolution to amendment the contract with SkanskaUSA for construction Management service for the San Gabriel River Center and Gardens
11.		Consideration of a resolution to approve a second contract extension of WCA24553 with Nicole Law for professional financial consulting services
12.		Consideration of a resolution to authorize the Executive Officer to negotiate enter into an agreement for the development of a Watershed Conservation Authority standard graphic design template
