10.		Consideration of a resolution to: A: Amend the Master Agreement with the Long Beach Conservation Corps (WCA24540) for as-needed small capital projects, landscaping and maintenance services, and B: Approve a master agreement with the Los Angeles Conservation Corps for as-needed small capital projects, landscaping and maintenance services.
11.		Consideration of a resolution to authorize Executive Officer or Designee to negotiate and enter into a contract for Invasive Species Removal at Azusa Wilderness Park.
12.		Consideration of a resolution to approve a budget augmentation to the Withers and Sandgren contract for design services for Azusa Wilderness Park.
13.		Consideration of a resolution to authorize the Executive Officer to negotiate and enter into a Not-to-exceed agreement with a contractor selected through a competitive bidding process for Phase 1 construction of the San Gabriel River Center and Gardens project.
14.		Consideration of a resolution to authorize the Executive Officer to amend the professional services contract (WCA24548) with Skanska to provide additional construction management (CM) services for the San Gabriel River Center and Gardens project.
15.		Announcement of next meeting date – Thursday, November 21, 2024 @ 1:30 pm
16.		Adjournment
