14.		Consideration of a resolution to authorize the Executive Officer or Designees to negotiate a 30-year lease agreement with the Los Angeles County Department of Parks and Recreation for the maintenance and operations of River Park.
15.		Consideration of a resolution to approve a Procurement Policy for the Watershed Conservation Authority.
16.		Consideration of a resolution to award a contract to Alliance Building Maintenance for janitorial services.
17.		Consideration of a resolution to enter into a contract with Faby Sarwono for financial consulting services.

Consideration of a resolution to approve an optional task for Cost Estimating and Value Management services within the framework of an existing task order driven contract previously sanctioned by the board for construction management services with Skanska, Inc. for the San Gabriel River Center and Gardens (River Center).
19.		Consideration of a resolution to approve an optional task for Cost Estimating and Value Management services within the framework of an existing task order driven contract previously sanctioned by the board for construction management services with Skanska, Inc. for the Azusa Wilderness Park.
20.		Closed session: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) and (4), the Watershed Conservation Authority may hold a closed session on the following item: River Park Phase 1A Step 2
21.		Announcement of next meeting date – Thursday, May 16, 2024 @ 1:30 pm
22.		Adjournment.
