9.		Consideration of a resolution to amend the professional services contract (WCA21511) with Page & Turnbull to provide additional A/E services for the San Gabriel River Center and Gardens project.

15.		Consideration of a resolution to authorize the Executive Office to negotiate and enter into agreements for services to facilitate access to public lands for the Community Connections to Wildlands Program.
16.		Consideration of a resolution to authorize Executive Officer to negotiate and enter into agreement for tribal consultation services for Lower LA River Technical Assistance.
17.		Closed session: Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) and (4), the Watershed Conservation Authority may hold a closed session on the following item: River Park Phase 1A Step 2.
18.		Announcement of next meeting date – Thursday, September 21, 2023 @ 1:30 pm
19.		Adjournment

Public participation is welcome on any agenda item. Members of the public wishing to address the Governing Body on any item should address the Chair. During the meeting, the governing board may hold a closed session on any item pursuant to Government Code sections 54956.8 and 54956.9.
