Although not required, in order to facilitate an orderly remote meeting, it is helpful to let WCA staff know in advance if you would like to make a public comment. Individuals representing themselves will be allowed two (2) minutes and those representing an organization will be allowed three (3) minutes to speak on an item. Speaker time may be reduced depending on the number of speakers. |

During the meeting, the governing board may hold a closed session on any item pursuant to Government Code sections 54956.8 and 54956.9.
