The public meeting of the Watershed Conservation Authority (WCA) was held on

Per Executive Order N-29-20, Paragraph 11, issued by California Governor Gavin Newsom on March 17, 2020 and related to the State of Emergency declared as a result of the COVID-19 virus, WCA board meetings will be temporarily conducted remotely via the below remote access information.
