2020 November Board Meeting

The public meeting of the Watershed Conservation Authority (WCA) will be held on

Thursday, November 19, 2020 at 1:30 pm.

Per Executive Order N-29-20, Paragraph 11, issued by California Governor Gavin Newsom on March 17, 2020 and related to the State of Emergency declared as a result of the COVID-19 virus, WCA board meetings will be temporarily conducted remotely via the below remote access information. 3.		Public Comment A maximum of one (1) hour has been set aside for all public comment and testimony, for items both on the agenda and not on the agenda. Individuals wishing to offer public comment can fill out this online form for the official record and submit on or before November 18, 2020 by 4:00 pm. Individuals may elect to have their comments to be read by the Chair during the meeting or to be read themselves. Public comment can also be made during the meeting by virtual means or phone. Although not required, in order to facilitate an orderly remote meeting, it is helpful to let WCA staff know in advance if you would like to make a public comment. Individuals representing themselves will be allowed two (2) minutes and those representing an organization will be allowed three (3) minutes to speak on an item. Speaker time may be reduced depending on the number of speakers.

Public participation is welcome on any agenda item. Members of the public wishing to address the Governing Body on any item should address the Chair. For the time in which meetings are being conducted remotely, members of the public are encouraged to reach out to WCA Board Secretary in advance if they plan to make a public comment during the meeting (although this is not required) in order to help facilitate an orderly meeting.
