REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
for
Baseline Dry Season In-Channel Biological Resource Mapping in the Mid/Upper San Gabriel River

The Watershed Conservation Authority (WCA) is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to provide baseline dry season in-channel biological resource mapping in the Upper San Gabriel River for the Upper San Gabriel River Watershed Technical Assistance and Planning project.
The mapping will establish baseline data on in-channel ecology in the San Gabriel River and its tributaries in the San Gabriel Valley that may inform the regulation of maximum in channel water temperatures for which standards are currently being established.
Submittals must be received by WCA by Thursday, January 5, 2023, 5pm.
