The WCA is seeking a qualified Consultant or firm to provide Material Testing and Inspection
Services for the San Gabriel River Center and Gardens Project Phase 1 in the City of La
Puente. The objective of this RFP is to select a Consultant that is best qualified to perform the
work described in Section III.

In the opinion of the WCA, this RFP is complete and without need of explanation. However, all
technical questions should be directed to the WCA Project Manager.
