WCA is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for survey services and creation of legal descriptions of portions of two contiguous properties for the purpose of a Lot Line Adjustment.

WCA and Buddhist Compassion Relief Tzu Chi Foundation each respectively own property on adjacent lots in unincorporated Los Angeles County within the City of San Dimas. WCA and Tzu Chi Foundation are seeking to complete a Lot Line Adjustment by the end of 2022 in order to conform lot lines to current and anticipated uses.

An aerial topographic survey was conducted in 2008 and that CAD file will be made available to the selected consultant. Boundary monuments shall be placed to memorialize the location of the new boundary lines.

The requested services are to occur as soon as possible.
