Project Manager—Construction and Operations

The WCA has a full-time position for a Project Manager with construction and operations backgrounds to lead the development, construction, and maintenance of park and conservation projects. The full job description is available here.

We seek applicants with experience in managing construction projects in the field of natural resources, recreation, and environmental compliance enhancements.

Work requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment. Duties include managing budgets and schedules, report preparation and presentation, managing grants and agreements with government agencies and others, leading procurement processes in accordance with agency standards, and managing consultant contracts. The WCA is a local government agency, and the position includes participation in public meetings concerning project development, including reporting to the WCA board, as well as updating partner and stakeholder groups on project status.
