Under the general direction of the Authority’s Management Team, led by the Executive Officer, the Facilities Administrative Assistant position will perform challenging and responsible WCA site oversight assistance which includes a diverse workload dealing with sensitive, complex, and confidential matters involving the administration of the Watershed Conservation Authority. Facilities administrators ensure that all structures, renovation projects, or additions comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations and laws. The position is responsible activities associated with the job including overseeing and assisting with facility activity, services, records management, data tracking, financial records, answering incoming calls and taking messages, and performing accounting functions associated with the annual budget and procurement of materials and supplies.
